When the weather is nice and hot, there is nothing as nice as a chilled, refreshing drink under the parasol. Here it became a late afternoon drink on the balcony.

The lemonade is a little strong in the mix so it’ll be fine to serve it over ice cubes or with some cold water.

1 litre

  • 3 lemons
  • 12 tbsp cane sugar (season to your taste)
  • 700 ml cold water

Squeeze the juice out of the three lemons through a sieve into a bowl. Add the sugar and stir until it has been dissolved. Lastly add water.

Pour the lemonade into a pitcher or on a bottle. Place the lemonade in the fridge or serve it over ice.
